Can I place an order over the phone?

Currently all orders are being placed through our site, with the exception of wholesale orders. If you live locally and wish to visit the office for a purchase please e-mail amy@purplepigshirts.com to make an appointment.

What credit card do you accept?

We accept: Visa, Mastercard.

Do you sell your shirts Wholesale to stores/studios?

Please refer to the wholesale section of the website.

How will I know Purple Pig received my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation sent to the email address you supplied during the checkout process. If you do not receive an email confirmation please contact a Purple Pig team member at info@purplepigshirts.com

How long before I receive my order?

Currently we ship all of our orders through the United States Postal Service within 3-8 business days.

How can I view the status of my order?

Go to customer service, select account information page. This page lists all of your orders. Click the date of your order in which you would like to view.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges are based on weight and the total number of items you’ve purchased. You can view an estimate of your shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the invoice you see before confirming your order.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Yes. To cancel an order, contact Purple Pig Shirts at info@purplepigshirts.com . If your order has already shipped please follow the return/exchange process.

Is my personal information kept private?

Purple Pig is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party. We may use the information collected to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you’ll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information you may send an email to info@purplepigshirts.com with unsubscribe in the subject line.

What is your return policy?

We can accept returns/exchanges within 10 days of receipt of the purchase for either an exchange or a refund. All returns must be accompanied with the packing slip and be in resalable condition (no stains, item has not been worn or washed). For refunds, your account will be credited the total amount of the returned item less shipping costs. For exchanges, please indicate the new size you wish to receive.

How long until my return is processed?

It usually takes 4 business days from the receipt of a package to process a return or exchange.

How much do you charge for sales tax?

Orders shipped to a New York address will have sales tax applied.

Can you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Purple Pig ships to all P.O. Boxes using the United States Postal Service.
